We are glad to announce that our annual Warhammer 40000 tournament will take place on 28-29 September this year. 

Main details: 

• The plan is to get 8 teams
• 4 players per team, 1 of those has to be team's captain
• We'll follow WTC rules and use WTC terrain
• We'll have 4 rounds - 2 games per day
• Each round will have 3.5h gameplay time (105 minutes per player) + 0.5h to pair and setup
• Therefore chess clock usage will be mandatory (clocks will be provided)
• The registration and army list submissions will happen through the Best Coast Pairings app.
• Entry fee will is 30 euro per person. 
• Registration deadline is August 31st. Army lists must be submitted by September 20th.

More details:

• The tournament will take place in a hotel - Dinaburg SPA Hotel (Dobeles st. 39, Daugavpils, LV-5404) - so you can ping us regarding accommodation as well.
• We plan on providing soft drinks and dinner breaks on both days. There will also be a night-out on the first day at Gubernators restaurant, so ping us to reserve a seat.
